This page collects the official PDFs for the new Labour Codes in one place: the four Codes (the bare Acts), the four Central Rules of 2026, an amendment Act and a correction notice issued since, and the Labour Ministry's FAQs. Each link goes to a government source (India Code, the e-Gazette, the Ministry of Labour and Employment or PIB), except three of the Codes, which link to PRS Legislative Research. For what the documents mean in practice, start with our new Labour Codes guide.
The four Labour Codes (bare Acts)
These are the Acts passed by Parliament. They came into force on 21 November 2025 and replaced 29 central labour laws. India Code is the Government of India's database of central Acts; PRS Legislative Research, an independent research body, hosts copies of the Acts as passed by Parliament.

- Read the Code and its Rules together. The Code sets the principle and the Rules give the forms, deadlines and formulas.
- Download from the official source. Copies on other websites can be out of date or incomplete. The links on this page go to the government's own files.
- Check for later changes. The IR Code has already been amended, and the Wages Rules corrected, since they took effect.
